Cancellation before dispatch is permissible. 3.2. Orders can be canceled prior to dispatch by Shopeeka.com. 3.3. Users will receive a unique tracking number for order status. 3.4. To cancel before dispatch, Users can reach out via WhatsApp with their order ID to (+91)8208852290. 3.5. Refunds for cancellations before dispatch are processed within 3 business days.

Terms of Return and Refund

PARCEL OPENING VIDEO IS MANDATORY. Without the parcel opening video, we regret we cannot entertain any claims.

Damage / Defective / Short Product: Should you receive a damaged or defective product, please provide a parcel opening video highlighting the issue along with the box label to the number provided. We will expedite the refund process within 24 hours. Kindly report such issues within 24 hours of receiving the order.

If You Are Unsatisfied with the Product: You can return the product to our warehouse and notify us via our customer care WhatsApp number at (+91)8208852290. Please ensure the products are returned in the same condition as received within 7 days of receiving the order. We will process the refund for the product value within 24 hours of receiving your return. Please note that return shipping charges will not be refunded.
